I created 99answers.com, also a twist from current q&a solutions, and similar in some sense to qhub. Haven't had success with it. As an entrepreneur what do you suggest i do?

Large general Q&A websites are really hard to get off the ground. I suggest you focus on where your content is strongest or try building a niche Q&A site instead.
